After reading the reviews I figured I'd get my keys made here. The staff was very friendly and helpful I love that they give you a key tag great business branding. It's so many hardware shops you can get lost in the shuffle. But I'm definitely a permanent customer now!

He arrived within 5 minutes after I called. He was very friendly and professional. He made sure to contact our management company so that we wouldn't get stuck with the bill. We did ask him to install a second lock and his price for the second lock was very reasonable. I highly recommend him!

The business is the best--professional and caring. The tech that was sent over was timely with his communication and service and very courteous. He first helped me in January 2020 when I was locked out of my apartment, and again in May to replace my faulty bedroom lock. I highly recommend this business.
